In person	Come up to the Reference Desk whenever you have a question or just want some pointers in getting started on your research.
By 'chat' <litsresearch>	Our chat name is litsresearch. Look for us on AIM, ICQ, MSN or Yahoo. Add us to your Buddy List. Chat is staffed whenever we're on duty, but walk-in patrons have priority.
By email to librarians	Use the webform to send us an email. Email is checked regularly during our staffed hours.
By phone	Call the Reference Desk at 413-538-2212 (x2212)
For more involved help or instruction:
Make an appointment	Set up an appointment to meet with a Librarian for more involved one-on-one time. Appointments typically take a few days to schedule, but half-hour, 'same day' appointments can be made for 6:00 or 6:30pm Monday-Thursday.
Request instruction for a class	For faculty (or student groups), arrange a time for a Librarian to meet with your class and provide tailored instruction.
